Fiona Dunin's Pentagon Home

When we were designing the third stage, we really wanted to connect the old part of the house with the new. We really wanted to celebrate the beautiful decorative qualities in the original part of the house.
— Fiona Dunin | Architect and Director of FMD Architects

Fiona Dunin, architect and Director of FMD Architects, purchased a 1920s California Bungalow after walking past it with her dog. What followed was a three-stage project, starting with a renovation and ending with an extension. As an architect, designing her own home allowed her to test products before using them on her client's homes.
