The prize

Up for grabs is the Uno grey side table, valued at $250.00AUD, which will give your room a very industrial look, and feel. The base is made to last from premium solid american oak, with a concrete top.

Terms and Conditions

For competitions and giveaways run and organised by The Design Emotive, the promoter is: Red Brick Media, whose registered office is at Neill Street, Carlton, VIctoria, 3053.

Competition is open to audience members aged 18 years or over except; employees of The Design Emotive, any other business involved in the competition’s promotion, close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Competition is open to Australian residents only.

  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  3. By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. To register the first entry, an entrant must be following @thedesignemotive on Instagram and leave a comment on an official giveaway post tagging two other accounts. Each comment on an official giveaway post tagging two other accounts will be counted as an entry. There is no limit on the number of entries.

  6. Closing date for a competition entry is16.06.2019 at 18:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10).

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.   12. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  13. The promoter will notify a winner when and where a prize can be collected / is delivered.

  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with a competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
